Honey Harvest
Just finished the 2007 honey harvest! All the rain in the spring and summer made for a small harvest, so we have a limited amount of honey for this year. It will be available at TX Anna Shops in Anna. We also brought in some yummy honey from southern New Mexico for anyone who wants to try something a little different. This honey is dark and quite robust in flavor. The nectar comes from saltcedar, tornillo, and mesquite flowers. Try it!
